Emotional Intelligence

Learning CloudThis was a thought-provoking and dynamic training essential to those interested in leading/managing people with skill and integrity.  The day gave participants an enhanced understanding of emotional intelligence (EQ) and how to use psychology and techniques in the work place. Through theory, discussion, and role-play, participants focussed on their self-awareness, including their self-regulation, motivation and empathy when managing or leading others. 

Public Speaking Surgeries

Public speaking is a form of talking/speaking in front of an audience in order to influence, persuade, inform and entertain the listeners. There are five basic elements: WHO is saying WHAT to WHOM using WHAT medium with what EFFECTS? This training aims to provide a basic introduction into the art of oratory.
